Registration for the 2025 Season opens on Monday, April 21st at 7 pm. To register, please visit the CRR Home Page where you will find the link to begin registration. Please make sure to register by the deadline of Sunday, May 4th to avoid being charged a late fee and so our coaching staff has time to develop efficient plans for our swimmers.

Registration Fees: $140 per swimmer

Exceptions: 

-A reduced fee of $50 will be charged for our 2025 Graduating Seniors

-Coaches who are eligible to swim receive a scholarship for all registration fees.

First-Year Swimmers:

The registration fee for First-Year Swimmers (formerly referred to as Pre-team) is also $140.  All families that register a "first year swimmer" will receive an email following registration to sign up for their child to be evaluated during our May evaluation session. Should our Coaching Staff recommend your swimmer for lessons or should they need additional confidence with being in the water, CRR will provide a full refund of his/her registration fee.

If after a few lessons your swimmer has gained the confidence and necessary skills to join the team, we encourage them to do so, as this will allow him/her to continue to build confidence and work towards mastering each swim stroke. A pro-rated fee will be applied depending on where we are in the season.

Registrations Submitted After May 4, 2026:

A late fee of $50 will be assessed for registrations received after May 4, 2026 unless this involves one of the following exceptions:

-First-Year Swimmer(s) recommended for lessons during the initial registration will be eligible (and encouraged) to re-register without penalty and given a pro-rated fee based on the weeks remaining in the regular season.  

-Families that are NEW to Church Run Pool

Payments Accepted:

Registration fees can be paid by check or by credit card using the secured Stripe service provided. Stripe charges 3.4% plus 30¢ per transaction to process credit card payments. Checks should be made payable to “Church Run Swim Team” and mailed to our Board Treasurer at the address provided during registration.

Please note that if you are paying by check, your family’s registration status will remain pending until funds are received. To avoid potential late fees and to ensure your swimmer(s) is able to continue to practice/compete, we ask that all payments are received within 10 business days from the date of registration. Returned checks will incur a service fee and a certified check to complete registration.
