Online Registration Instructions
Welcome to Online Registration!
Most of the process is easy, however this guide goes step by step. We recommend you complete this on a computer. If you choose to do it on a mobile device, make sure to click "Full Site".
Click the "click here for Online Registration" in the top right corner (this will not appear until the designated registration window has opened).
Page 1: If you are a returning family and your information is not prefilled, click on the yellow highlighted "click if you've registered for this team before" and enter email. Confirm or enter all information. For the Emergency contact, you will enter the Name and Phone # in the same box.
Page 2: Confirm or enter information for all swimmers. "Add another swimmer" is found on the last swimmer listed. Swimmers not returning can be removed. If you have a Graduating Swimmer (an 18 year old swimming their last season), click on the $50 box to receive your discounted rate.
Page 3: Please read and check the waiver.
Page 4: To complete your registration, you must sign up for 4 meet shifts (points), at least one of which must be for a 2nd half shift during a swim meet. . When choosing volunteer positions, do not use "select a position" - click on the V for each meet or event for which you'd like to volunteer. The position is not claimed until you hit "save"!! Once you have signed up for all your requirements , hit "update total". You should have 4 points at the bottom. Only then can you register. Hit "continue."
Page 6: Confirm the information. Click "pay now" and follow instructions for credit card payment. Or hit "pay later" and bring a check made payable to "Church Run Rockets Swim Team" to 3700 Church Run Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233.
If all went well you will receive a confirmation email.
Make sure to note the volunteer shifts you selected! Parents are responsible for fulfilling their 4 meet shifts and must find a switch if they are unable to make it.
